[ Do you want that extra crispy? ]

"Fast Motor" is an option. They were standard motors with a more precision fit and setup with more loose clearances, received new: cylinders, inlet valves/springs/housings/caps/pushrods & springs, exhaust valves that were keyed, right/left crankcase.
Motor numbers 500-999.

The 8-valve is offered at $1,500, but no one knows for certain how many were made. (30-50) rough guessed. Including some 4 valve singles offered at $1,400.

There is a battle between the big 3 rubber companies to sell tires.
Firestone offered a tire where the treads spelled out the words, "NON
SKID".

[And now for a little on the speedo's. The tank mounted speedo by Corbin Screw Corp, had 2 needles. One for current speed, and one for highest gained speed.]

Bosch would no longer supply the magnetos, as they were on the wrong
side of the war. New development from the friendly side would have to
ensue.
