[Here come the ruskies.]
With British and Canadian contracts filled,
HD is open to sale bikes to Russia. When Russia eventually
took Berlin, they were said to have at one point, ridden
in with 30,000 HD motorcycles.
Aluminum heads become optional on the WL
and 74ci Flathead. No other changes.
