This page contains the coffee formula I have used since 1971.

One pound consists of:

1/2 pound of organic Colombia Narino - Reserva Del Patron (Between Medium and Full City Roast)

1/4 pound organic Sumatra Mandheling - 2004 crop (Between Medium and Full City Roast)

1/4 pound organic Mexico FTO Oaxaca Pluma (Light French Roast)

The only difference between the above formula and what was served at the United State Cafe is, I did not use organic beans and used a Dark French roast, rather than a Light French roast.

Leading up to my current formula I used: organic Columbia - Mesa de los Santos, organic Sumatra - Gayoland, and organic Mexican Pluma (Columbian, Sumatran, Mexican).

The purpose of the above formula is to create great taste and elevate the 'awake level', without creating stomach problems or 'jitters'. If one is interested in the chemistry of coffee, here is a good start:
