The below photo, taken with flash, is from my 2nd roast on the first Alpenrost (coffee was darker than photo) and we enjoyed every drop of our Alpenrost roasted coffee.
Recently we started using a Behmor 1600 roaster and to date, I have only completed 3 one pound roasts. The first roast was a little dark, the second was a little light, but when combined, tasted great. The third roast (below picture taken with flash) was one pound of beans set to P1 and timed for 18 minutes, 45 seconds.
